Sacraments
Sacrament of Baptism
Both parents must participate in a preparation session prior to the baptism of their child. It is preferable that they do this before the child is born. The dates and time of these sessions are announced in the parish bulletin or call the Religious Education Office for a schedule.
Sacrament of Matrimony
Engaged couples are asked to make an appointment with the pastor as soon as possible. A year ahead of time is preferred. A minimum preparation period of four months is required. All couples must take part in a marriage preparation program.
Sacrament of Hospitalized and Homebound
Ministers are available to bring communion to hospitalized, homebound, or nursing home residents. Transportation to Mass is also available to those who need this service. Please notify the Parish Office.
Sacrament of Penance
Saturday 4:00 to 4:30 pm, or as requested
Anointing of the Sick
While especially important for those nearing death, the celebration of this sacrament is also encouraged for those in the hospital or confronting surgery. If you desire the anointing of the sick before entering the hospital call the parish office to arrange this with the pastor.
